This course will explore various aspects of exercise to better your life. Every week, a different module will be available with an updated workout/exercise method. Check back frequently for updates.

By allowing student to complete the course at a self-pace, a maximum amount of efficiency in the content can be achieved. By the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of basic exercises for a healthy lifestyle.

Any good workout program will have cardio training included. During module 2, students will learn several concepts to increase their conditioning to improve heart health.
