Discuss at least one method of strength training from the Mayo Clinic article. This part of the module involves posting and replying to classmate's posts. 10 points for at least one detailed posting. 10 points for at least one reply. Every extra original post is 1 point extra credit.

Afterwards, write a one paragraph summary of your experience in the discussion board.
