Before beginning the modules, complete the Pre-Course Assessment
Module 1 - Stretching
Time: 25 Minutes
Before exercising or working out, stretching is required. In this module, students will learn how to properly stretch to ensure minimal injury during any exercise.
Module 2 - Running
Time: 35 Minutes
The basic way to workout - running. In this highly popular way to burn calories, the limit is up to you. Students will learn the proper way to maximize their cardio while running.
Module 3 - Strength Training
Time: 30 Minutes
Any good workout program will have strength training included. For module 3, students will learn several concepts that will increase their abilities to gain muscle and strength train.
Module 4 - Life Applications
Time: 60 Minutes
To prepare students for the final module, a lesson on how to tie everything together and apply the exercises learned so far in real life.
Module 5 - The Triathlon of Exercise in Life
Time: 40 Minutes
For this last module, students will prepare to combine all knowledge learned in this class into a final "triathlon." A creative way for students to combine running, strength, and life applications into one segment.
