Module 5: The Triathlon
For the last module, you will prepare to combine all knowledge learned in this class into a final "triathlon." A creative way for you to combine stretching, running, and weight training into one segment with your instructor.

Congratulations on completing your Orange Theory class workout incorporating running cardio methods and strength training! Now it is time to use all three of these methods in a class workout setting. First, read this article and watch the video below as a recap for the benefits of exercise.
Do - Zoom Live Virtual Conference
Time for our version of a Triathlon! Don't worry, we will not be biking, swimming, and running. Rather we will all do stretching activities, cardio, and strength training exercises together.
The Do learning activity will include using the Zoom Live Virtual Conference.
At the time scheduled below, please join my Zoom meeting with all your fellow classmates. I will quickly discuss some class notes and answer any questions you may have. Then we will stretch together, do some cardio exercises, and at-home weight training.
For this activity, you will need access to a computer with video capabilities. Please wear appropriate workout clothes and have weights from module 3 available. Follow the Zoom link below to get started!

Connect - Finding Your Own Exercise Motivator
Hopefully the Zoom meeting with the class was able to motivate you to continue your exercise journey long after the class is over. During Module 4, you experienced what motivates me as your instructor to exercise, Orange Theory. Now go and find your own motivator. Whether it is your local gym, a workout partner, or a great playlist.

Evaluation
For your final assignment, you will write a 2-page essay about your experience in the class overall. Share what you found easy and difficult, personal challenges, and elaborate more on your personal motivator. Afterwards, email your essay to me before 11:59 PM on May 3rd.
